Services Offered

Individual Counselling

I offer individual counselling services for clients ages 10 and older, who may be experiencing concerns related to anxiety, motivation, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, mental toughness, learning challenges, parenting/ family issues, neurodivergence, and well-being.

My therapeutic approach carefully integrates motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and solution-focussed therapy. I am strength-based and client-centered, meaning that I focus on helping clients find/ access their motivation, strengths, and resources for creating meaningful change in their own lives. While I will guide you along the journey, my goal is to help you understand yourself and have the self-efficacy that you need to feel in control of your life.

Assessment

I provide comprehensive ADHD, psychoeducational, psychological, and mental toughness (MTQ-Plus) assessments for clients ages 9 and up. Please email me if you would like to enquire about scheduling an assessment, as these cannot be booked online.

Assessment services are currently being facilitated in partnership with Onward Psychology Group. As such, assessments will be booked at the Onward Psychology Group, and details pertaining to the costs for assessments and general information may be found at https://onwardpsychology.ca/services
